On February 27, 2020, Bishop Laptev of the ELCIR attended a meeting for interfaith collaboration at Dom Druzhby (“The House of Friendship”) of the Leningrad Oblast located by the Garden of Taurida in St. Petersburg. The main item on the agenda was the presentation by Fr. Vladimir Filippov on the importance of promoting the discipline of religious conflict solution in higher education institutions.
