General Director Olga Khodyachikh of Alcoholics Anonymous Service Foundation in Moscow, SPAS Group, sent a letter of gratitude to the Diaconal Department of The Church of Ingria thanking the Church for assisting the AA group for many years. The Diaconal Department is able to establish remote-acting groups of this type in any locality.
