On January 26, 2020, Rev. Yevgeni Mikhailov, the senior pastor of Resurrection of Christ Lutheran Church in Pushkin, St. Petersburg, administered the Rite of Confirmation to Aleksei Shvaryov at the beginning of the divine service.
