On June 9, in the day of Pentecost, during the Worship Service in the Stt. Peter and Paul’s congregation in Moscow Bishop of the Church of Ingria Arri Kugappi ordained catechist Efim Romanenko as a deacon.

After the Worship Service there was the communication with the Bishop during the tea party.
