On April 19, 2024, Senior Pastor Yevgeni Raskatov of St. Anne’s Lutheran Church, St. Petersburg, and church marketing specialist Kristina Shilova met with Artur Sarnits at Fort 11 Dönhoff in Kaliningrad. Artur is an architect, public activist and entrepreneur who restores historical and cultural sites in Kaliningrad Oblast.Pastor Yevgeni, Kristina and Artur discussed the possibilities for Zerno Art Group to do projects in Kaliningrad, talked about adapting historical buildings for today’s purposes, and touched on relevant spiritual matters. Mr. Sarnits took Kristina and Pastor Yevgeni on a tour of the fort.
