In late September and early October, young people from Birsk, Bashkortostan; Cheboksary, Chuvashia; Izhevsk, Udmurtia; Kazan, Tatarstan; Saransk, Mordovia; and Ufa, Bashkortostan, met together at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church of Kazan, Tatarstan to get to know each other, fellowship, and share.
An important focus of the meet-up was “Social Networks. Pros and Cons. Benefits or Harms?” IT specialists shared about the history of computer technologies and ways to use internet resources in the church.
The Bible studies focused on the topics of “Loneliness” and “God’s Love.” During their discussions, the young people concluded that face-to-face conversation will always be more important and can’t be replaced by any of the modern gadgets.
